‘Mellow Madness’ in 1977 was KSM first stage play.One-man play in 1997, Saga of a Returnee brought him to the limelight.
KSM disclosed he will soon be bowing out of his show, ‘The KSM Show’ which has been on TV since 2003.
“I am eventually going to pass on the hosting to a young brilliant talented guy. He is fascinating, and I can’t think of a better replacement to take over from me,” he said.
However, the KSM is not totally leaving the screens. He will dedicate his time to full-time production of television content.
KSM is 62 on today, describes the performance as “The greatest DE-STRESSING, prescription that the country needs. It will be 62 minutes of high voltage comedy. My goal is to let everyone at the theater experience what I call an entertainment orgasm.”
Asked what “UNCHAINED” is about, he explained it as “a stream of thought-provoking ingredients cooked in a pot of comedy”.
It is very significant that KSM is using this performance to honor EBO WHYTE. He describes Ebo Whyte as the most accomplished and prolific Ghanaian playwright in recent history. “For me, it is an honor, to dedicate this performance to someone I consider a national asset”.
KSM’s love for the youth is evident in the two warm-up acts before the show. He is featuring Flowkin Stone, Daddy Opanka and Kojo Dwamena as the opening acts, talking to zionfelix.com how the show will go.
The show is happening on 7th December, at National Theatre with two shows 4pm and 8pm.
